i think this is about the 5th or 6th of these posts ive seen since ive been here.
TBH, this is common across any forum you can think of. After a few years and several tens of thousands of posts (and less than intelligent search engines in said forums), trying to spend an hour or so looking for the right thread is more of a pain than just asking the question.
Even Google searches seem to aim towards malfunctions than, "it's just the cooling fan."

@jkernitzki for sure forum search functions have always been poor. I'm hoping other newer makes and model cars with led headlights have as much of an obvious cooling fan noise and not just ford's design. Hopefully these headlight units are not just a total pos lol.
As far as searching I always use "topic site:broncosportforum.com"
In Google search bar. It will pull up threads and topics related to query from this forum at the top of the list
