I got the service manager to comp me aI'd raise a scene with the manager at least negotiate rebate or oil changes or something...then fix it yourself. That's not a big deal mechanically speaking but 100% messed up.
I have sThey dun goofed. The bumper has molded spots where the holes/self tapping screw goes. It's hard to suggest a fix without a pic without the plate. If they straightened it and left extra holes would you be satisfied? If so, I guess do that. If not, press them for more.

That is a top idea. A metal file and some time with my license plate. Hmm.. Sounds like prison good times..Egg out holes in tag a little should be able to get it to look straight....
