I asked him to do so 3 times and he told me Ford doesn't send emails to customer . There is something fishy here because he would not allow me to enter my email on the order form and told me he already had it in the system ...

Yep something fishy... Might go a bit higher up at the dealership...

Ordered a heritage limited end of August. Still nothing. Dealer said they had limited allocation for a heritage limited but that we would get one of them. Really sucks waiting this long

Waiting 4 to 6 months for a Badlands is considered about normal. Big Bends and Outerbanks have been quicker but it depends on constraints and allocations. The Big Bends and Outerbanks now are taking longer because of the recall.
