Front Light stay on after parking

Mi BS' front daylight lights sometimes stay on after I lock the car by touching the handle and I have to click "lock" on the remote to turn them off.
This happens randomly. I always have the lights selector in Auto.
Anyone experienced this same thing? It worries me that if I don't notice it, I may run out of battery.
Any ideas?
