Ford Pass connection

Hello, has anyone else had troubles connecting to Ford Pass when they first got there Bronco? I just picked up a 25 Big Bend and basics like Bluetooth works but I am getting an error message that says "Your Authorization Request" Sorry there was an error and we were unable to complete your request to change authorization rights, try again later on the app. Change what rights? it's new so there should be no right yet i don't think.

The dealer should have helped you set up Ford Pass and pair the vehicle when you took delivery. I would go back and talk to the sales department.

They actually tried as well but couldn't get it. They said to try again a few more times with in the next few days because maybe there was an issue on the Ford Pass side of things but I think it's another issue.

They actually tried as well but couldn't get it. They said to try again a few more times with in the next few days because maybe there was an issue on the Ford Pass side of things but I think it's another issue.
Try uninstalling it, wait 10 minutes and try again.

I had the same issue, at the dealership it wouldn't connect. Got home, went into settings>connectivity and disabled the feature, re-enabled and walla it connected. Everything done in accessory mode, at the dealership the sales rep said it had to be running.

I just tried to open the app and it asked me to sign in, which it usually doesn’t, I signed in and it went blank except for a Ford logo. Seems to be stuck today. I’ll wait till tomorrow before I delete the the app and reload.

My app (V 5.23.0) opened night and this morning with no issues. Cheers!
