Not at every Ford dealership offers mobile service and generally the mobile service is limited to a max one way distance from the dealership to wherever you want the work done (you might want an oil change done at a work location for example instead of on your driveway or in your garage)

you will need to call the Ford service departments near you to see which if any has mobile service in your area (there is also a Ford link listing all mobile service locations but I don’t remember the link)

here is a list of services from one of the local Ford dealership mobile service in my area:

Oil changes
Tire rotations
Wiper blades

Fluid Exchanges
• Power steering
• Transmission
• Brake Fluid

Engine air filters
Cabin air filters
Fuel filters
Fuel injection service
Throttle Body service
Differential service
Customer Pay Batteries
Qualifying manufacturer Recalls

Getting ā€œ35,00 mileā€ service done on 4/1 at my local dealer. Scheduled it on-line and told them Iā€˜d be waiting. This is my normal MO so any needed work that crops up can be authorized and started asap.
The dealer called ME yesterday and asked if Iā€˜d like to have the service performed at my house at no additional cost (I still want to go in). I think this shows this dealer, Puente Hills Ford, does care about customer service.

What’s all included for a 35k service?

Will be getting oil/filter changed, tire rotation, lube where needed, inspection and fluid top offs. Still on original brakes, so will have them checked and brake job if needed (have ā€˜em changed if they won’t last ā€˜til at least 40,000 miles). I’m not hard on brakes, but in LA traffic you’re on ā€˜em constantly.

Thanks!! And that sounds a lot like Ford’s The Works package which I’ve been getting every oil change. Includes same items including checking brakes.

Yep, had to break it all down when I booked it with dealer through FordPass as they don’t list the Works Package in the ā€what do you want doneā€ check box window — things would be a lot easier if they were standardized.

That’s true I probably do the same but is easier to book with a human so I just call the dealership and here there are always Ford Service coupons

Do you ever see coupons in your area for The Works? I’ve seen as low at $155 for 3 - meaning each is about $52 for full synthetic oil but can be as high as $145 I think at some dealerships for just one of The Works

I just had mine done earlier this week and I absolutely loved it! We're an hour and a half away from our dealer and it was so cool (and easy).

I had some of my first accessories installed using the mobile service from dealer at no charge. They came to my condo community and did it in the parking lot. About the only thing that has gone right with my dealer.

Last week I called and ordered mobile service for my routine oil change service; some additional accessories, and the CSP Seatbelt recall. They couldn't do the recall remote, so they are picking up my vehicle and taking it into the shop for all the work and returning it. I have to say that I am getting a lot of service that I would have expected from a luxury brand. Considering how much I paid for my BS I am not complaining.

Get coupon offers a lot , but from dealers remote to me. Bought my Sport from dealer about 30 miles from me, but service it at one 5 miles away, and they’ve always treated me well — thank God.

I had been ignoring the 24S24 recall, and an (Ford?) agent texted me trying to schedule an appointment at my dealer. I really don't have half a workday to give them right now, but they were surprisingly persistent. When we finally got it booked I got a call from the dealer's service department saying they could do it at my house, and I said "yes please!"

I had the "Drain Tube for Possible Fuel Leak" and 24S24 recalls done at my house by the Mobile Service. No problems with either. Cheers!
