Ford App ver 6.7.0 Having Known Issues per Ford

I have noticed several issues with the Ford app ver 6.7.0 for iOS.

The first one is related to recalls and CSP. My fuel injector recall 25S76 disappeared. Also the previous CSP is gone.

Today the Ford app tells me that I have 0% left on my oil life and need an oil and filter change right away. I checked the oil life in the vehicle and it is at 11% life left.

The oil life in the vehicle and in the Ford app has always been the same.

I believe something is not right with the Ford app ver 6.7.0 for iOS.

Anyone else? How about you Android users, any issues?

Recalls and CSPs disappeared from Ford App many versions ago, maybe v6.0.0 or earlier

I never mentioned it because the info is online

I have seen recalls within the last 2 weeks.

My opinion is the Ford app sucks and has always sucked.

I recently had an oil change and I noticed that the oil life did not update immediately after the oil change but did eventually go to 100%. As I was checking out I mentioned to the service writer that the oil life did not update and asked if the Tech updated it. He showed me his computer showed 100%. Also a few days ago when I opened the app the oil life showed 0%. I closed the app and reopened it and it shows 100%.

As far as recall information there was recent post on the Escape forum where someone mentioning the recall notice that was on his Ford App was gone and Ford mentioned in the recall on NHTSA and letter mailed to customers that parts were not yet available so the recall could not have been completed.

Same on recall info being wrong for me. Shows 0 active recalls even though I still have the PCM recall active.

The app is working on my Android Pixel phone. It's showing my csp and block heater recall.

I contacted Ford app customer support today regarding the issues. Engineering is aware of the missing recall and CSP information. This seems to be an issue with 6.7.0

I checked the oil life remaining this morning, the % in the app is now the same as in the vehicle.

Can some of you Android users on 6.7.0 confirm an issue with known recalls and CSPs not showing up in the Ford app?

I'm on Android on 6.7.0. App shows no recalls and PTS shows this, so seems to affect Android, too.
