Does yours flutter on the sides, front, or back? Mine doesn’t do it often bit only between the hinges in the center near the windshield.
It was kinda the whole thing till I raised the stops near the front corners. Then mostly the aft edge. Now I don’t notice it any more with the Solar panel being a big rubbery damper. I’d look again at highway speed, but it’ll be a while till I’m not in traffic or on back roads.

Like @Escape2Bronco i see a little wobbling between the hood hinges in the middle when I get to the end of the car wash. It’s not terrible or troubling in any way to me. I do have the liner and the redline struts went on the day after I brought mine home.

I must know more of this solar arrangement
It’s a cheap semi-flexible one from Amazon
Topsolar Flexible Solar Panel 50W https://a.co/d/iPK25s2 unfortunately out of stock in black.

Best option I could find that would fit. VHB taped to a Rocky Mountain graphics vinyl and edges caulked. Hooked up to a cheap, easily mounted Battery Tender™️ solar controller because I’ve been too lazy to find a good spot to mount a nice MPPT box.

I haven’t tested the output since shortly after mounting (got ~40w on my ecoflow in mostly ideal conditions), but when parking in some sun, I never get FordPass battery alerts, and the auto start/stop kicks in immediately.

There’s just so many little things to drain the battery on these new cars, especially those cooling fans on the headlights that come on any time you touch the car. Wanted to always keep the battery tended when camping, and my short commute that is hard on batteries. I can also hook it up along with a 110w folder to my 600Wh Ecoflow pack that I run a tiny fridge off.

Ordered from nplincoln.com. Part was M1PZ-16738-A, $118.07, came out to $135.02 with shipping. Should get it in a few more days and will take photos of install. You may luck out and a local dealership may have it for less. Ford parts does show it backordered but nplincoln had it readily available.
Thank you! Will check them out...
