So I picked up my BL today and I was trying to scroll through the menu on the instrument panel but it seems the up and down arrows on the steering wheel are not working, they seem to be stiff and not clicking. Not sure if there is something I have to set up or if they are supposed to "click" like the OK button in the middle and not be so stiff or if its just plain not working and I have to bring it in.

I may be misunderstanding you.
The OK button for the menu is actually a lever that moves up and down as well as pushes in.

The OK button scrolls through the menu? When I press it a second time it just selects the audio choices because that is what the menu is set at now. I can't scroll down the list with the arrows

Push up or down on the OK like it's a joystick.
They might be the wrong visual, the OK button is actually a lever that swings up and down. It also pushes straight in like you have been doing.

I'll try that when I get back out to my car and see if that works. What is the purpose of the arrows then? I had a similar setup in my Edge and I used the arrows to scroll so maybe I'm just used to that and I'm doing it wrong.

I guess to show you that the OK button moves up and down.

I had the opposite situation. I figured that out right away it moved up and down. Took me a bit to figure I could push down on it.

Here you go, a little past the two minute mark.
Steering wheel controls
I just tried it and it’s exactly like you said it’s working just fine. I’m glad it’s not actually broken and why they didn’t just make those arrows an actual button is beyond me lol

Because it's less expensive to use a single switch with three actions instead of three switches each with a single action.

I guess so. There are clickable arrow buttons on my 2018 Edge so I just figured it was the same. As long as everything is working thats all that matters to me.

The arrows are NOT buttons. Your okay button is a toggle (toggle up of for "UP" and toggle down for "DOWN".) Press for "Okay".

Thank you, I found the answer on here the next day and its working just fine. I thought they were buttons since the last few Fords I had with arrows they were actually buttons. Iā€˜m just glad all is working properly.
