It doesn’t say delivered so they must be telling the truth that its still in transit. It will say delivered once it arrives it will update in realtime.

Thank you, I found the answer on here the next day and its working just fine. I thought they were buttons since the last few Fords I had with arrows they were actually buttons. I‘m just glad all is working properly.

They should wash It up before you take it home, mine was perfect when I picked mine up. I’ll have to check the window felts or other hidden areas for desert dust as well but I haven’t noticed anything.

I guess so. There are clickable arrow buttons on my 2018 Edge so I just figured it was the same. As long as everything is working thats all that matters to me.

I just tried it and it’s exactly like you said it’s working just fine. I’m glad it’s not actually broken and why they didn’t just make those arrows an actual button is beyond me lol

I'll try that when I get back out to my car and see if that works. What is the purpose of the arrows then? I had a similar setup in my Edge and I used the arrows to scroll so maybe I'm just used to that and I'm doing it wrong.

The OK button scrolls through the menu? When I press it a second time it just selects the audio choices because that is what the menu is set at now. I can't scroll down the list with the arrows
