Fair lease deal on a 2024FBS Badlands?

Hey guys I’m in the market for a 2024 Ford Bronco Sport Badlands and received this quote from the dealerships. What’s the average monthly cost you guys have seen on this car?

Dealer prep is a rip off. Ford pays dealers to prep. Permaplate is another rip off. Propac? Doc fee $899.
Discount isn't as big as it looks.

They’re saying interest is 6.5%. I also asked them to remove those fees but they said they’re mandatory and I debated them for a while so they ended up giving me a 6K discount instead of the original 3,750 but they kept the fees ?. I’m even wondering if it’s just better to finance at this point. $670*48 = $32,160 I would pay over the coarse of the lease.

Does that say "Annual Mileage Allowed: 7,500"? Isn't the average miles driven closer to 15,000? Can you stay within that limit?

BTW, I would walk away from that deal just because of the way that dealership does business. Those add-ons and fees are ridiculous.

Based on those miles allowed, you're going to pay 32k to drive 30k miles. Yikes!

This is a horrible deal. All sorts of BS added into the cost. I have extensive experience administering factory lease programs. There is no advantage to a lease if you can't write it off as a business expense. Dealers hook you with the low payment, but it's still bad deal. Leases nowadays seem to always include a down payment. You are only renting a vehicle, why would you pay a down payment? The low mileage allowance is also a problem. I've seen lots of customers at the end of their lease with thousands of dollars in charges for excess miles. You either pay or get your credit ruined.

Run from this dealer, doc fees are not mandatory. I've never paid a doc fee in my life. Don't take this personally, but it's obvious your are no match for these shysters. Few people are. Suggest you hook up with someone like Granger Ford.

Were you upside down in your trade? As your are adding 2000 dollars of negative equity to this lease. Or is this a chance to wash your hands so to speak of the negative equity in the trade in? What the hell is perma plate and pro pack?

Here's something else to ask the dealership...when the BS goes in for warranty work, are they going to give you a loaner vehicle? If they say yes, get it in writing!

If no, I'd walk from the deal.

I feel leasing with a good lease deal is great if you are the type to dump a vehicle every 3 years and do the mileage. No Carfax worries and stretching out maintenance.

yes essentially they are offering me 23500 for my car but I owe 25400 primarily because I still have about $2300 left in payments to make before my lease expires.
They said permaplate is a clear coat for the paint that doesn’t already come with the car. I said I didn’t want it and they said it was mandatory.

Permaplate is a rip off, and not mandatory. So they are rolling your last payments into your lease. They are making a crap load of money off you! So they are buying out your old lease from looks of it. Were you over on mileage or something else? They is a lot of money being made here in fees for this and that. Look like they are making off with 3000-5000 dollars in profit for them. Believe me, I did that job! I was a finance manger at a ford dealer for 2 years! But I could not do that to ppl over and over. I had a morale issue will it.
