Escape Shark Fin on a BS

The escape’s works for AM/FM and satellite. The BS needs the antenna for radio reception.

I've been using the stubby since just after I got the Bronco and while it works if you're in town, it's too small to get good reception when you're a ways away from the station.

OTOH, all I use is SiriusXM, so it's not a big deal and if it becomes important, the original antenna is in the Bronco for emergency use.

Reception sucks with the Stubby, but who listens to the radio anyway. I put the stubby on just so the stock won't get in the way of anything I have up on the rack.

Guess that depends on your location. I'm in central New York. We have plenty of stations, and I have no problem with local reception. If I travel I listen to Sirius if necessary.

I guess I meant more having to listen to commercials. Makes me want to poke out my eardrums with an ice pick.
