Configure Gauges grayed out

When I first got my Bronco Sport I could change my instrument cluster. Now when I go to menu, settings the configure gauges is grayed out.
I cant find anything in the owners manual. Has anyone run across this?

You can only configure the gauges in 2 modes - Sport and Off Road, I believe. If you're not in one of those two, you are unable to configure. Try the different modes - again, I believe it is Sport and Off
Road that allow you to configure the gauges.

Configuring Gauges

1. Select Settings.
2. Select Configure Gauges.
3. Select to swap or change the additional gauges shown in the instrument cluster.
4. Select to swap or change left-hand side and right-hand side gauges.

Note: The menu and some additional gauges can be accessed only when the vehicle is in Off-road or performance drive modes. See G.O.A.T. Mode Control. The number of additional gauges is limited to two

You are correct gents. But that did not get me what I wanted so let me rephrase this question.
In normal mode I used to see the MPG, trip miles and trip time. When I would switch the GOAT switch to off road mode the instrument panel would have a icon of the Bronco with the angle degrees the Bronco was at. When I would switch back to normal mode that would go away and the MPG and other icons would come back. One time when I pout it back in normal the display stayed in off road mode screen.
I thought configure gauges would get me back there but it dont.

I have been there. Went 2 weeks before I figured it out. You will have to press the back button once or twice depending on what screen your in. With the up and down switch on the right, go up on the selection screen watching the blue vertical bar on the right of that selection screen. Keep going up on the selections. Watch the indicator bar->right of it. Hope this helps.
