The Part number is W702413-S450B, i got them from my local ford dealer for a few dollars a piece and can confirm they fit.
Can you advise what the part number is for the insert that the torx bolt tightens into? I just did my first oil change and one screw was loose and the insert is actually stripped out from the factory. No wonder it was not tightened completely. Kind of a cheap way to hold the front plastic piece to the metal skid plate on the badlands. Sheesh.....

Sorry not sure, mine were luckily still there. Ford parts department should be able to get it for you though.

Thanks Jesse! The part number for the inserts is W718770 S439 and they are $6.52 for a set or package of 4 from Ford. I replaced all 4 of mine because of the one that was damaged or stripped at the factory and the others were just cheap black metal. They were all starting to rust. The new ones look to be galvanized metal inserts and rust resistant. Hope this info helps others if they do their own oil changes on their BS BL vehicles and find their inserts bad or rusted too.

I'll post the part numbers when I get them from the parts guy. I am going to order a few to keep in the arm console (you never know)
T-30 for the torx screws
1/2" socket for the studs

And while a 1/2 inch socket will fit, it's most likely a metric 13MM!

Were you, or anyone else, able to find the exact part number for these T30 Torx screws for the splash shield? I'm missing a couple and am having trouble finding the exact part number. Thanks!
