Can Ford points be used in online purchases?

I bought my Bronco Sport Outer Banks at a dealership in Gainesville. I want to buy the front hood deflector, but my Ford dealer's price is much higher than other dealers I see that sell online.

Can I buy the spoiler from another dealer online using my points? Do I simply call them and buy it over the phone, and somehow have them reference my points somehow?

I did this last month for the same part. Shipped to my home paid the shipping not much but the points come off the order when you buy online. I wish their other accessories had use of points too - such as clothing, etc.
