I think your damage is more than what qualifies as a "dent".I haven’t heard of Dent Doctor but I found a place to repair it.
My factory 2007 Ford F-150 NAV radio unit uses a square box type antenna located under the front dash; about an inch and a half by inch and a half. I've never experienced issues with it not picking up satellite signals except for being in tunnels (I think NAV requires 3 satellites in order to track you).I have a 4" on my '23 OBX. The factory nav works just fine. It has got me on 2 (1000-mile) trips so far with no problem. I can pick up my local stations with no problem and use Sirius when traveling.
That's what I had to get, not the shortest stubby at 2" but the 4" one...both sell for $25 on Amazon.
Dent Doctor is a franchise that does PDR (Paintless Dent Repair). They can fix stuff usually for less money than a full body shop. These guys (and gals) are magicians when it comes to hail damage but also perfect for things like this and door dings etc.I haven’t heard of Dent Doctor but I found a place to repair it.
The problem is you can't see the door in the rear view mirrors. It is easy to do. I've done worse, but thankfully not to my Sport.
