I got the recall notice yesterday for my 2022 Bronco spot . My question is will Ford replace my battery or will they tell me it's good so they save money. I'm not having any trouble at this time but would like to have a new battery my Bronco .

I am assuming you are talking about 25V-019:

Description of Remedy Program:

Owners will be notified by mail and instructed to take their vehicle to a
Ford or Lincoln dealer to have their vehicle inspected for the presence of a
Ford Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) 12V battery. If there is not a Ford AGM
battery present, one will be installed. There will be no charge for this
service.

I just had mine in on Monday for the battery and BMS recall and RDU TSB. '21 OB with no battery issues at all. Mine was replaced. Shop manager told me everyone who got the recall notice was getting a new battery.

They are a quality dealer though, they put my RDU TSB under powertrain warranty where others have stated that some dealers won't do this. Might all be dealer specific.

Was going to post this to another battery thread, but since this is the latest one I’ll put it here.
Ford dealer replaced my battery (on its last legs) just as the recall was being rolled out. Since the recall wasn’t finalized I had to pay for new battery (AGM @ $300 installed).
Today I got my check from Ford for the full amount of the battery — “good things happen to nice people" <lmao>. I think on this one Ford is covering everyone who got an EFB, Camel or not.

That's good to hear. Looks like Ford is taking care of their problem in this case. I hope people get their affected cars in quickly before they change their mind.

Never heard of a Bronco spot.
Seriously, if you make an appointment for the recall and you either go to a dealer or if mobile service is available where you live and they check the battery and yours is one of the affected battery's, Ford will replace it.
