Same for '22. The rubber floor mats can be ordered in addition to, or in place of, the carpet mats. The rubber mats are the way to go. They look good and are very functional and easy to maintain. Overall the Bronco Sport interior does not feel cheap at all, but more functional and a bit rugged. The badlands seats add more, especially the all-leather ones with the Premium Package. The rubber flooring and carpeted floor mats were standard equipment in 2021 on the Badlands.
Not sure for if it has changed for 2022.
We have both a '21 and a '22 Badlands here. They're mostly identical except for a few interior things. The '22 gains the HomeLink garage door opener and USB ports in the 2nd row. Those USB's were actually a mid-cycle addition in '21 so some '21s have them.
Due to parts/chip shortages for the '22 production, the Start/Stop button is now solid with no light and looks kinda cheap. The gear selector dial is the same as Ford uses in most of their lower trims across their vehicle line up, not the fancy one that was in the '21 Badlands, or higher end trims on the Expedition, Explorer and such... Other than that it's all pretty much the same. Don't really care about those differences... Some might, but they have no impact on functionality.
I'm pleasantly surprised that the wireless charging pad now properly charges the iPhone 12 and 13 models with MagSafe that don't charge properly in our '21 (or my F-350 or Expedition). It's actually the same part number(s) for the wireless charging pad hardware as far as I can tell. I'm guessing it's a software/firmware update fix and I'll see if I can get this addressed on our '21 and my other vehicles.
