I reported mine way back in the warranty period as well but at that time there was no fix. When the TSBs started coming out, the dealer kept saying expired. Next time I go in for service I will probably try one more time to get the dealer to do this and if not, then I will install the Diamond Motorsports bushing kit and maybe change all the pads (front and rear) to ceramic. The brakes on my 25 year old Corvette don't make the noises this 4 year old makes and has been making since new.I had reported the problem before my regular warranty expired, and just as they were about to try the TSB that was active at that time, Ford issued a stop order. So I did have it on record as a pre-existing issue.
I was able to get the TSB before this current one done on my 2022 Badlands on April 3 and the dealer said they would cover it regardless. Only problem is … it didn’t work. When I left, it seemed like it was gone, but later that same day, I heard it coming back, and now it’s nearly as loud and frequent as it was.
I’ve emailed the service advisor to let him know and ask if the revised one they have now can be tried. No reply so far …
