Also @Babybronc21 - how close does the strut bar get to the battery terminal? Any chance you could provide a closer photo of that area?

Close enough so that a rubber cover over that side couldn’t hurt I guess. A couple pics…

Its the ground so should be no problem even if it did touch. Looks great need to order one up.

Finally, the lights are in!! Install scheduled next week!! Can’t wait to see lights on the “light bar”.

Baja Designs S8 20” amber lightbar installed. Running from an sPOD mini source LT switch control/panel. Backlight is soo sweet. Full power of this is crazy bright. Will post up night pics soon. Super happy with how it came out.

Picked up some Baja Designs lightbar covers; a set of clear to protect from road salt and rocks (on now), and set of black w/ BD logo to remain legal for those certain out of State drives.

So I had a slight case of the big Bronco bug; but thankfully it moved along.

In its wake are a few planned modifications- first tires and in lieu of new wheels I’m going for a cat back exhaust!! Super excited for it especially coming from a snap crackle pop BMW Msport. Given it’s a 4 I’m not expecting much but it will elevate her to BS beast status. Then more lights and some graphics. Stay tuned!

Update: Hood scoop removed one week. A-pillar lights installed the next. Love how she’s coming together. I debated on the size of lights for months and landed in the perfect size for the BS.Don’t let their size fool you… they’re small but mighty!

Well it was a pleasure but short lived as unfortunately the 2.0 just didn’t hold me, and I wanted a bigger profile vehicle on the road. Have enjoyed this community - enjoy your builds. I look forward to accessorizing a new to me ‘22 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo X w Altitude and tow pack ?
