It took a lot of research and a lot of work to find the parts and also to put everything together. But I was able to do it with the left one 
It's not connected to anything yet. I would need the electrical diagram to see where it connects, or I'd need to buy a generic circuit and adapt it.
I don't know which module would control them!

So I have power folding mirrors on my 2022 BS Wildtrak LatAm spec. The folding is done via the push button switch on the mirror control panel on the door. Folding mirror appears as an option on the vehicle setup screen, using Forscan I checked and the folding mirror was enabled. It doesn't work, any ideas why? Maybe there are different wing mirror motors?

Where did you buy your BS that came with electric folding mirrors?
I still need to buy the left one, but I can't find it anywhere! You have to check the IPC.

My BS Wildcat is a LatAm spec car originally built for the Columbian market in Ford’s Hermosillo, never sold until auctioned off by Ford in 2025, ending up at a specialist American car dealer in the UK where I bought it.

Getting back to this project...
I bought the right mirror and have it installed.
Now I just need to know how the original connection is made to the driver's and passenger's side modules.
This diagram is for a 2020 Ford Kuga. It would be great to get the diagram for the BS model with folding mirrors!

I suspect I'm missing some configuration in DDM and PDM.
I'll keep trying until I succeed with this project!

Can you check the AS BUILT configuration of the DDM or PDM to see if there is anything related to the word "folding" or "Fold"?Here you go:

For the door modules, I have been using the FORScan sheet for the Sync 3 Mavericks as that is the vehicle I have seen that seems to be the most similiar to the BS. I see this. This is the DDM, so the same changes would need to be made to the PDM which I think is the 741-xx-xx locations.
There's also this, but not sure how relevant it is for it to actually work:
I don't remember what year yours is. Is it 12-24 or 2025+? If it is a 2025, then I would need to look through the newer Maverick on Sync 4 to see if there are any differences.

I've already tried 100 configurations. Changing many things, and it's impossible for PIN 18 to send voltage.
I believe that although the DDM is correct, it may be that the firmware it has does not allow the folding power mirrors to work.
I'll have to install an external Chinese circuit to make it work...Unfortunately.
I also tried to get the Puddle Light (which is the PIND 5) working. And it's impossible too.

It is very possible that it is impossible to get it to work natively without getting creative. We have nio way of knowing the limitations of the firmware. All you can do is try, and try you did. I don't know about the other people on the forum, but I appreciate you sharing your experience for the sake of the info being out there so other's can know beforehand.

Finally "impossible is nothing"
I kept thinking and thinking... And I started looking at which Ford models with factory power folding mirrors folding mirrors had those DDM and PDM units.
I saw that the Kuga and Mustang MATH-E have them.
As a final test! I found the AS BUILT configuration on the Ford website and uploaded it to the modules.
First I tried the Kuga one...and nothing happened. Then I tried the Mustang one and it worked!!
The only difference is that it was reversed... When you opened it, the mirror closed; when it closed, it opened.
But I was able to solve that thanks to your help!
The only thing that's different is that when I adjust the mirrors, up is down and down is up! Something just needs to be changed!
Can you search for anything containing the word "MIRROR" in DDM AS BUILT section?
