Then the rain sensor project is finished.
I would like to see if electric folding can be added to the mirrors.
The BS 2025 with electric folding is sold in Brazil. So it has to be possible.
I can't find the part number for the Brazilian mirror to look it up. And I don't know if it would just be a matter of adding the motor or if the whole mirror needs to be replaced.

I don't think anyone has ever done this before. :sunglasses:

I think it is a different mirror. I was not able to get it to work on our 2023 with just FORScan.

Of course. It's because it doesn't have an engine.
We would need to find the part number
Yea, that is the conclusion I came to, but the cost of the mirrors is not worth it just to gain that function. All you need is the VIN to a Brazil spec car and your local Ford dealers can get the part number and order them.

AI response:

The Ford Bronco Sport mirror fold motor is not sold as a standalone part and is
included as part of the entire power-folding mirror assembly. To replace it, you must purchase the complete assembly, which can be done through a Ford dealer using the part number (like CU5Z17D696A). Aftermarket options may also be available.

Thanks!.
The AI made a mistake xD. That part number corresponds to the motor that moves the mirror up and to the sides.

So you were able to install a rain sensor for the wipers?
This and folding mirrors are upgrades I would like to have seen on my BS also.
Interested in this, thanks for exploring the options

I was surprised at how much I like the auto wipers.
