This appears to be more like a scraping from perhaps a car wash or a shrub along where the car is parked.

I had a '67 Pontiac GTO when I came back from Viet Nam and Korea. Now that was a GOAT for sure. LOL Is there a chance it is a scrape from something? If you look at my letters in the photo, they are 2.5 years old and no loss yet. Good Luck.

Victor the goat started on the passenger side too, peeling up the edge of the decal, so I took them off.
I didn’t really want to and I hope once the goat pen is finished, I can get something to put on the side of the car, it’s looking a little plain now.
