I feel op’s point. I miss being up high. The BS even lifted with bigger tires still sits lower than any stock jeep, taco, I’ve owned. Hell, the seating position/height is about same as the Acura RDX I traded towards it. Feels more like a car than an SUV. Is actually bigger than my 2 door JK, but feels way smaller. I also would look at Jeeps over the big bronco. Get more vehicle for less money, plus better shops, service, and part availability. Have had/built three wranglers and the BL is the only one that lives in the shop.
I disagree on more for less money on a jeep. When looking at a willys vs a Black Diamond Bronco I believe you get more with the Bronco. I picked these 2 trims because those were within my budget.

I’ve done that. Is still low feeling
Hmm. Doesn’t sound like you’ve done what I’ve done. Mine sits taller than a stock Jeep Wrangler. Also has more ground clearance than a stock Wrangler. A Wrangler could definitely be modified to be taller than my BS….but mine is definitely taller than a stock Wrangler.
