I feel insulted because they expect me to accept their bogus explanation. When I bought it the air was chilly like yours. I baby my BS stay on top of everything. Sometimes I feel like dealers hate warranty repairs and try to get away with doing as little as possible and not dealing with corporate getting their money back.
Over the decades, I've heard/read too many times to count that most dealers hate warranty repairs because they pay less for both parts and labor, and there is additional paperwork.

Sometimes, if they have some empty bays, they may feel that warranty work is better than no work.

I hope everyone had a great July 4th. Is anybody out there with a 2.0 Liter engine having any issues with the AC? For a year and a half, I have had my 2021 BS First Edition at Ford Dealer Service multiple times for warranty visits due to warm AC. When the AC is set to the lowest setting with air recirculated inside the cab, there is no cold air, each time I get the vehicle back it continues to blow warm air. A simple hand test against a vent indicates warm air. On the most recent visit, it was 85 outside. I ran the car for an hour at the lowest setting and the cab remained at 80+ inside. I used a thermometer and took a photo to show the service manager. They claimed the technician measured 60 temperature at a vent when tested. They also claim that 60 is as cold as it will get per the vehicle programming! I have owned two Escapes in the past with the 2.0 Liter engine and an Edge with the 2.3 Liter engine and the air was always nice and cold at the lowest setting. What further baffles me is the loaner Explorer they let me use blows ice-cold air at the lowest setting. What gives?
Good morning. I would like to take a closer look at this AC issue on my end. To get things started, can you please send over a message with your VIN and the name/location of the Ford dealer you have been working with?

Yeah, that's not right. No problems with the AC in mine. It'll freeze you out of the cabin even at temps in the upper 90s.
Same here with our 2023 BS Outer banks in Florida. With heat indexes in the triple digits, the A/C blows nice and cold.

Just remembered that this happened on 2011 Mustang I had. One of the electric cooling fans stopped working. Might take a look at that, either running slow or just plain dead.
I had this same issue on a early BMW 5 series years ago. One fan quit, and could not keep the condenser cool enough.
