21 Sport Base .....

Hi , I'm back again. So apparently I needed a 4th water pump . Also had the rear diff replaced last year . Noticed coolant level dropping again , which seems to coincide with warm westher . Also noticed a big oil spill under rear of bronco sport. When I looked I assumed it was from the Rear Diff. Brought the car into my local Ford service shop...... They say coolant is leaking into the block , the car never once over heated as the leak is slow and I've always managed to catch it. Guess they caught the issue in time so to speak. Now the rear axle is leaking the fluid/ oil . They say rear diff is fine .
What do I do ? Itc covered under powertrain , luckily. Should I extend the warranty , I like the sport. Or sell it , seems to have an awful lot of issues. Im not joking about its 4th pump, Service said they called ford and ordered a ' New " engine . Crazy. All with 55k miles. Thanks

Maybe they fixed the actual water pump , I've heard there a few variations.

Yes I'm speaking to Ford about something new , we'll see . Shame since i didnt buy it from the dealer i go to they do not offer much . Like a loner . Car will probably be there 2 weeks.

Im on a fixed income , with a major back surgery a few weeks ago . , can't exactly buy a car whenever I want that's a problem also . But il see what they offer for the sport. Probably not.much considering its a lemon

There are two known water pump part numbers for the 1.5L engine and unfortunately both part numbers can leak

They've ordered a new engine, apparently it was leaking into the block somehow. On top of a new rear axle, probably the old differential before it was replaced destroyed it . But who knows maybe the 2nd rear differential destroyed it , and that will go again soon . It's a never ending car nightmare loop .
