2024 Bronco Sport Free Wheeling Special Edition Revealed + New Black Appearance Package

I like it, but I wouldn't own it either. Seems much more 80's than '70's to me. Totally a Buck Rogers, Atari color thing going on with BA Baracus approved wheels. Just missing chrome. Should have chromed the hell out of it- handles, bumpers, pillars. Then it would be silly retro.

I need to see more of the black appearance package to really understand it. Some faraway shots at night don't sell it. I've seen people blackout black Bronco Sports that are much blacker-outered than that trim.

I'm relieved to see Cyber Orange retired. Should have retired it before they started offering the Big Banana trim and the decontented two-tone trims. It is not a good all-over color.

Yeah I didn’t like Cyber Orange either ever since I saw pictures online with a BS in that color in a parking lot full of school buses, but I’m still surprised they dropped it.

Was hoping for a new shade of orange. Something like twister orange.

That would be cool. It’s weird, I’m not big with orange cars, but my neighbor has a brand new Nissan Rogue in orange and I gotta say, it looks sharp. The Cyber Orange was more school bus yellow for my tastes, but had it been more orange, I might’ve looked at it.

Maybe that particular shade was a more costly blend from their paint suppliers. Just an idea.

Idk, I do know Cyber Orange costed a premium to get on the Sport, so maybe that’s why it and Alto Blue are gone, but again idk. I didn’t care for Area 51, but as I said I usually see Sports in that color along with the Shadow Black and I think Oxford White so I’m surprised it’s discontinued. Just today I saw two Sports in the black and white colors.

Black appearance pkg looks good. Always wondered why the charge so much just to delete color though. I've blacked out several vehicles with wrap. Looked great and also easy to return to stock.

Because its been a hot seller across many of their models. I "blacked" out my 2016 Mustang BEFORE it became a package in 2018. That grill looks awesome. It's the subtleness of the details.

I think the Free Wheelin Edition is just pretty sharp marketing. I doubt many of these will be ordered, but they will end up at dealerships as interest models and hopefully it keeps the Sport talked about as a "fresh" vehicle. However, I doubt Ford really created this to sell a lot of FW models - they did it to sell a lot of BB models.

The BAP though is different. I really see a lot of potential in the BAP. Problem is they likely priced it too high. If you are getting an BB with a convenience package and BAP, you basically just got an OB price wise. I priced it out and it is $36,255 with just those two options.

Yessir. That vette looks impeccable. The key to 'black out' is keeping it spotless. Which is a job, in itself. I hope that life smiles on me at some point, where I can afford to own a mid-engine C8 as a 'weekend car'.

Beautiful Stang! Yes the C8 is amazing. Launch control is ridiculous fast and simple. It's a "better" car purely looking at numbers. I still prefer the long hood, short rear look of the C7 but that may change over time. I modded the exhaust and added a tune. It's stupid loud with the exhaust valves open but still very tolerable for cruising when closed. Yes I pack around a full detailing kit?.
