BOUGHT BRAND NEW A LITTLE OVER 2 MONTHS AGO.SHADE STUCK OPEN WONT CLOSE.WHEN I ATTEMP TO OPEN SAY MAYBE 2 INCHES.I WONT GO NO MORE CAUSE IM AFRAID IT WONT CLOSE.THE GLASS CLOSES A 1/4 INCH AT A TIME REPETITIVELY PUSHING WITH MY FINGER.HEADING TO THE DEALER TOMORROW. HAS ANYONE HAD THIS ISSUE?

Oh no, not more people with this. Yes, I had this exact issue.
I wonder if there might be a recall on the cards for the 2024 model.

On my car, one of the motors had failed but it took them a long time to diagnose it, the dealer trying for a while to initialise the roof instead. Eventually, they stopped trying that and started replacing stuff, starting with the track because they thought it was binding. That didn’t work.
They replaced the motors and then it worked. Apparently the failed motor wasn’t showing up when diagnosing electronically, so that’s something to bear in mind.

You might try showing this to your dealer because from what you describe, you have the exact same problem I had.
