2022 Big Bend missing parts at pick up?

Hi gang,
I’m picking up my 2022 Big Bend today and there is no hood insulation or a panel underneath the passenger side dashboard. The threads talked about they can go missing.
The dealer showed me another one that didn’t have ithem.
Are they not part of he vehicle now?
Does anyone hsve a 2022 big bend with both or either of theee installed?

Go ahead and ask for them. No harm in asking. The passenger panel hasn’t been included on a ‘22 since early in the year. The hood insulation isn’t included on the Big Bend to the best of my knowledge. Again, if your dealer will spring for it, why not ask. I think many on here have gotten the passenger panel just by asking. It’s a 40 dollar part and your dealer may very well be willing to eat it. Some have also contacted Ford directly and have gotten it.

Personally, I didn’t notice any noise difference but as I’ve said before, the stock radio sounds fine to me so that needs to be taken into account.

Only until new people stop buying them and the people that have garage queens already have a stash of extra parts. Go to the Gen1 Lightning forum. New owners looking for parts and trying to get the people that have been around to sell them some.
