Will have the recall addressed once I get the vehicle back, but with the recall comes the loss of battery affiliated accessories such as radio, lights, and A/C I did not lose any of those.
Not necessarily there will be the loss of battery affiliated accessories. Recall 24S24 states “may be accompanied …”.

“Description of Defect: An insufficient calibration strategy for detecting sudden battery degradations during a drive cycle can lead to (a) a vehicle that is unable to restart after an auto start/stop event or (b) experience a stall while coming to a stop at low speed. Either may be accompanied by a loss of 12-volt accessories, including hazard lights.”

I’ve seen the $100 on that plugs in to OBD port I was just curious if that was safe to use or if any one has used it and had any negative experiences with it.

Linked in my signature. Been using it from day 1 - well ordered day 1 - used the Sport mode until it arrived. VERY easy install - No issues. Other cars like my wife's Outback a bit more involved to install - still easy enough - both cars have the ASS Eliminator.

Yes I’m just frustrated that all of a sudden I’m having back to back issues on a 4 year old car!

I’m having a similar issue. No issues before the recall. Did the recall, now my car won’t start. I’m bringing my car back to dealer tomorrow.

Curious if you messaged Ford Motor Company user on this forum and if they were of any help?

I did message them so far no help because I can’t get my car into Ford until tomorrow. My no start issue was due to a bad starter since I had that fixed it starts. My problem now is the check engine light is on. I’m having the recall done on it tomorrow too now I’m worried lol

Mine is going in today for a 4WD fault. Service advisor said they would also perform the recall update while it's in the shop, we'll see what happens.

Did you mean Recall 24S24? You might want to also ask if Customer Satisfaction Program (CSP) 24B47 applies to your vehicle (I believe this is a software only configuration change to the APIM). More info here:

UPDATE:
Left my vehicle at the dealership on Wednesday. I also noticed my coolant was low so I asked them to check. They determined that there is a hose leak. That hose was replaced less than one year ago and already needs to get replaced.
Before leaving the dealership, I was told I would have my vehicle back by today (Friday).

Well today is Friday and no update from the dealer so I decided to reach out. My current battery is dead and needs to be replaced. My original battery was not AGM so I made sure that they would replace it with one. Unfortunately my 3 year warranty expired at the beginning of this year but they gave me a discount on the new battery (charging me $175).

Now I’m being told that my car would be available next week Tuesday. Because they needed to order the hose and would need to flush out the system.
