I posted these before on a post I made about a recent trip along the Eastern Sierra's. 1st two, Alabama Hills, Whitney Portal and Twin Lakes area.

I do miss traveling in a RV. Great lifestyle, no motels, make your own meals, etc. Age caught up and I'm particular maintaining anything I own. A challenge to maintain the roof, cover it in storage and got to the point where the risk wasn't worth the reward.

Unfortunately, a lot of companies forgot this a long time ago.

Doing a lot of towing, especially in mountainous or hilly terrain. I think the Badlands has an oil cooler standard.

Still doesn't justify a $400 spark plug change. Shouldn't take a good service tech more than 30 minutes to do this.

If it returns, I'll will take it to the dealer. I have the extended warranty so not sure if I'll have to pay the $50 deductible or if the SSM is covered. At least I know what the issue is if they try to give me the run around.

A quick update. I drove my BL about 15 miles today and so far, the buzzing noise is gone. My experiment with pulling the park release cable has worked. If anyone is in the situation with the high pitch buzzing noise, it's most likely the park release cable causing it. Try doing this to see if...

Thanks for the info. I will be using this if It needs to be replaced. This just started after 21k miles. I tried a little troubleshooting this morning. I went thru the procedure of pulling the cable to disengage Park and then restoring it too normal. Only drove it for a mile or so but I'm sure...

Done that road a few times. Yellowstone, Tetons and the surrounding area are at the top of my list. Did my 7th visit to the area in 2023.

I had a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee EcoDiesel. Great size and was capable of towing my 23 ft. travel trailer easily. Think it was 189" and fit in my garage, which is a must have for me.

Length is 208" or 230" for the pickup. Looks good but almost 3 feet longer than the Sport.
