You can go the SmartProgram website directly to file a claim or repair. I would suggest that your response from the dealer is unwillinglness to deal with the paperwork. I have never had any issues with them over 3 vehicles. Might recommend another service centre for thew repair work

I reset one of my trip meters to track any of the changes post the update, however prior to the update I was averaging about 7.7L/100km (30mpg) in real life. Mostly highway commuting into the city. Can't say I've had any complaints! Mostly leave the GOAT mode in 'Normal'.

Just had mine done as well. My service advisor warned me about the reset prior to departure and stated it's back in learn mode.

38,900kms, Brake recall done, regular oil changes, still waiting on the fuel injector recall parts, no other issues and a great dealer experience (after 12 family vehicles) no real issues and still love the BB!

Have you tried manually setting in night mode only? Mine doesn't get hot and I found the daylight screen far too distracting. Mine is set to night mode all the time.
