My how things change in a year, last year I stopped in to the Ford dealer to look at the Bronco, of course none available just Bronco Sports. I said "sure I'll test drive one", did and liked it. There was several on the lot, Base, Big Bend, and Outer Banks, the Big Bend fit my needs so I...
This looks like an REI advertisement, everything is still in the box brand new. Whatever doesn't fit in a backpack you don't need it, now that's roughing it.
Yes, I bought a set of 225 K02s over the winter and used one of the stock tires as a spare, I drive on the highway a lot and needed a full size spare. There's plenty of room in that compartment for a real spare, even with the foam pieces still inside.
That's nonsense, I've been using the AVS 2 for 8 months now. The hood is just a flimsy hood with little bracing underneath, you notice how light it is when you open the hood. I still get 30 mpg using the AVS 2 even with a set of K02s, and it doesn't collect debris like other styles. If you...
I replaced the donut spare with a full size wheel/tire. Just move the cover to the upper slot just everyone says, the only issue is that the stud that holds down the wheel down is not long enough to reach through the wheel. but I haven't had any problems with it moving around in there.
If you use the K&N filter, make you do some research first. I had one for a week and then I went back to the stocker, there's some honest comparisons on youtube and online. The little turbo on these engines is sensitive to dirt and the K&N benefit is to let in more flow-air and dirt. I'm not...
I've had my BS for a year now, 32,600 miles and no issues, maybe a little wind noise. I replaced the stock tires for some A/Ts and need to replace windshield soon due to road construction debris.
Enjoy your new Bronco Sport.
Last summer I was driving my 1.5L BS to work and back, about 124 miles a day. I tried all 3 grades to see what mi best MPG could be. 87 octane gave me 28-29mpg, mid-grade 89 gave me 30-32mpg, after trying a few tanks of premium 91 I got the same results as with the 89, 30-32mpg. Those results...
I replaced my stock spare with a full size 225/65 after getting new tires and I don't have the tow package. I just had to move the floor to the upper slot. What is different with the tow package?
Purchased 3/22/21, 31.8k miles, my only issues are squeaky rear brakes and the little nozzle for the rear window washer must have came off in the carwash. The solvent sprays straight out the back, not down on to the window. Other than that, I'm happy with it.
