I used a JLT catch can, you can get from Amazon. It goes inline with the PCV and intake, just remove existing hose and snap on lines from can. Takes less than 10 minutes to install and doesn't interfere with engine cover.
Mine seem to attract snow and ice after a drive in deep snow, the whole wheel well is packed full down to the tire, once it freezes, it's hard as a rock. I'm afraid to kick at it too hard because I don't want to break off the little flaps behind the wheel
I've had one of the hood deflectors for about 9 months now and really like it. It holds up just fine in a carwash, is easy to install, and seems pretty durable since it is well made. Its almost invisible on my black big bend.
Last time I checked it there was about 2-3 spoonfulls of what looked like a watered down, dirty oil substance in the cup. I guess if it kept that from going back into the intake manifold, it's doing it's job.
So far after owning my BS for a year now I've installed an AVS hood protector (one with the bump), Weathertech mats, window tinting, a set of BFG K02s, installed a catch can, replaced spare for a full size tire. A new windshield will probably be next.
Yes, I like my big bend very much, and I was never a Ford person, I always drove GM and I work for Chrysler/Jeep. If something happened to it, it may be hard to get another one.
I installed an aftermarket remote starter on my girlfriend's 17 fusion. It just plugged into the back of the OBDII port and used the factory fob to start. Just push lock, unlock, lock to start. Why couldn't there be some button combination on the fob without the start button.
I would be careful yanking too hard on anything mounted to a unibody, just imagine the damage done by someone in a F250 with a tow chain, parts are coming loose or coming off. As much as I like these bronco sports their not meant to be buried up to the doors, there's a lot of suction in deep...
We stopped at a dealer on a Saturday after close to look at the new trucks, I will check if the door will open so I can check out the inside, door was open, sat inside just for fun, hit the brake and start button and the engine started. The key fob must have been somewhere in the vehicle, a...
When I went to the dealer to see the broncos, all I had seen was the big bronco from the Ford website. After seeing the sport there (they had several at the time), I asked the salesman "does the top come off, can I take the doors off?". After a "NO" answer I'm still happy with a sport.
