I'm pretty sure if I wanted a 4 Runner or Tacoma 4x4 Pro I would have just bought one, but I chose to by a BS. :sunglasses: Besides, you can't turn around where I live without bumping into either a Tacoma, a 4 Runner, a Land Rover or a Jeep. It's one of the reasons I got rid of my Jeep.
I have a similarly odd situation. I often leave the fob on the console and the doors unlocked. Three time so far I go to open the driver’s door and it’s locked, but only the driver’s. It’s weird when my wife is getting in the passenger door while I’m punching in the code on the keypad to let...
I thought having 700+ songs on a thumb drive would be good enough, but I'm kind of enjoying having Sirius. I went to look for a plan for when my trial runs out but they confuse the heck out of me. All I want is the 60's, 70's 80's plus rock and roll like Classic Vinyl, etc. Anyone have advice...
WHAT??? Can’t you read between your own lines? You basically said the 2.0 was done-for and now you’re backpedaling! Your logic has doomed the 2.0! :cwl::cwl::cwl: But seriously, it’s just a freaking trim package that pissed a lot of people off because “I can’t believe it included a moonroof”...
And for me just the right size. We have narrow roads and narrower trails. My wife is always saying “You’re not taking my car (Explorer Platinum) there, I’ll get Nantucket Pinstripes” (from the roadside brush). My BS goes everywhere and doesn’t scrape the foliage.
So what fourthgear is saying is that Ford has determined that nobody wants the 2.0 engine. I mean, if there is no future Badlands trim, and I stated emphatically that the First Edition trim has been dropped, one can only extrapolate that the 2.0 has been dropped from the BS lineup! As the French...
Maybe I’m just a slow learner, but I just realized I can hit the Menu button and select items for the dash display and then toggle through my selected items using the up/down stick next to the Menu button. Now I don’t have to stare at my mileage all the time but can easily check it. Same for...
Great video, but unless an update removed it, I know there is a setting to unlock all the doors or just the driver door. I changed it to do all the doors when I was first setting things up.
I just realized my BL + BL w/tow went up $310 too. I never noticed, but then I did notice my order says "estimated" price. Maybe that's why they gave us a $500 rebate on a special order for a high-demand vehicle.
I towed Jeeps behind my RVs for over 100K miles and always checked the lights and that the toad was in neutral and steering unlocked. Towing my workhorse flatbed trailer behind my Wrangler I checked the lights on the drivers side because I could see them. Now with my BS I “trust the force” and...
Speaking as a software guy, I would try changing the timeout for the lights to a new value. You can always change it back, I just worry that it was never set and may be picking up random values.
