That was me! https://www.broncosportforum.com/forum/threads/magsafe-oem-wireless-charger-replacement.12827/
If you wanted to disable you are able to disable the module in forscan (which I’ve done since it’s not plugged in anymore and I don’t want the car trying to talk to something that’s not...
It was me.
Since the OEM charger is useless, I used an Apple MagSafe charger instead. The MagSafe delivers a high Amp charge that is modulated based on the phone requirements. But for this you need a power supply that's Power Delivery-compatible. There are ICs on Amazon for this that output...
I have seen a post where a guy took the charger apart and built it with a mag charger base instead of the one that's in there. I think he 3d printed some parts though. for myself, I would just like to be able to turn the wireless charging off, I plug in for android auto anyways so all the...
...you … except for the Fusion 360 as I have no knowledge of your skills there, Autodesk makes some quality tools. Are you using it for work or home 3D printing?
Like many things practice makes perfect or less chance of bricking a module like some have done
My gf somehow found a way last night...
...excited to share some incredible examples from our users who took their clean install to the next level!
To achieve a sleek and tidy look, they 3D-printed a custom wire cover for their dash cam and found the perfect spot to hide the rear camera. The result? A beautifully clean and organized...
Yup. This is what I have on the Bronco Sport, as well. Orange overlays on Eruption Green.
Then I tried the Tufskinz on my Bronco. I like both approaches.
I got a 3D ABS printed black letters, these one's go over the OEM white letters, perfect fit, attached with a 3M double side tape.
I ordered them back in early 2024 from Aliexpress China, I can't find the seller. Sorry
in case you’re still looking, someone on Etsy sells a similar switch panel, made-to-order: “Custom Aluminum Switch Panel”https://www.etsy.com/listing/1823360261
A little more expensive option is the Tufskinz letters from Ford. They're raised lettering with 3M adhesive and gives the letters a "3d" effect.

...last 6–7 weeks before overwriting. The rear camera is used solely for recording, as the OEM tailgate camera handles reversing.
What's more, he 3D-printed a custom wire cover and rear camera mount, which function perfectly. Overall, the setup is clean, functional, and highly satisfactory...
...but I forget your gal is smaller than ours. when I buy a gallon of fluid it is 4L not 3.78.
ya, I don't know if I would trust my 3d printer enough to make a tank haha.. but ya there is a tone of room to put a longer one, but I think if I use some washers to lower the back side of the tank...
Hi Bob,
Wondering how you are liking the door guards now that you have had them for a while. My 2025 is arriving in a few weeks and I am still thinking of adding these. Would you use them again, or do something different?
Thanks!
I doubt you'll find anything already designed & produced for it yet. There may be some commercial products in the coming months (don't know what kind of market there'll be for it, honestly), but I'm sure you'll find a fair number of 3D print files before the year's out.
