True story. Last month, my sister calls, tells me I'm on speaker. She's telling me about a test drive she had taken in a Badlands at her local dealer. "I had to show the sales guy the storage space under the back seat, he had no it was there, " she says.
"Of course you did, the...
Doesn't matter where the emblem first appeared. None of the Sports have the kicking bronco on the tailgate as standard equipment, but plenty of us have added them.
if you like the script bronco, or any other sort of decoration, go for it.
Just picked an option that had 2 day delivery and the carrying case. Not really planning on putting these on the roof.
Shovel is Gerber, someone somewhere mentioned that as a good choice. The shovel is really small, fits under front passenger seat no problem. Downside is more work...
Picked up recovery boards and a folding E-tool. Trail guide at Off Roadeo told us self recovery tools are a better first choice than something like snatch ropes, which usually need 2 vehicles.
What is with you people telling OP to take Kelly off?! No, no NO. Need to go back to dealer and get MORE of the Kelly gizmos and line them up across the liftgate.
IYKYK.
Technically, I should've answered yes, since I will be driving my Bronco Sport during the storm. However, since I live in California, it won't be the same.
When we had Hurricane Hilary, I thought about going out, but didn't want to be That Guy that needed help from emergency services cause...
My Badlands always recognizes the USB stick in the forward USB-A port.
The one (very minor) hiccup is that on engine start up I usually see an error message, "cannot find lrt_004" something like that. Message goes away automatically and didn't affect music at all.
Part of the reason for this design vice the official Ford solution is that it is very easy to remove it when the bike is not back there. I accept the ease of use vs risk trade off. If I want to, I can always add bungees (always carried in spare tire space) for tie downs.
Didn't want to pay or use points for the official Ford bike carrier. One Amazon order, visit to a buddy's scrap wood pile and 15 minutes later, and I was all done.
I've got a Badlands with a Pirelli Scorpion spare, and I'm not planning on removing the passenger seat cushion. That means even...
I know what the OP is talking about. We hiked TO the Bridge on the hiking trail, and BACK on the 4wd trail. ...and I will repeat, not sure if BS can make it on the 4wd road. We saw Wranglers and SxSs on the 4wd road. Kinda big drop at the start, and then rocky ledges in the middle.
We were in Sedona about a month before we got the Badlands. We hiked to/from Devils Bridge. 'steep rocky ledges' would also apply to Devil's Bridge, not sure if a BSBL could do it or not.
NONETHELESS, you NEED to see and walk on Devils Bridge. Hike to it if the BS won't make it to the...
I live in a very small town with narrow streets and lots of alleys. The kids ride bikes around mostly without lights at night, and with little to no regard for stop signs, center lines and hand signals so I always have the high beams on unless there is oncoming traffic.
OT, but the day I...
I couldn't get the OTA update to work no matter what I tried, but when I tried to update to 188 with a USB stik it worked perfectly. No problems with 1500 songs on my music USB, either, always picks up where it left off last time car was on. I always leave the songs/radio on when I turn off...
