.....So, I'm thinking to get a lift that give enough height to run, bronze wheels with 33's- 35's without rubbing.....
I've been doing suspension mods on 4x4's for 40+ years and if there is one thing I've learned it is
to know your limitations on the Vehicle you plan to mod. I just don't see...
So I know that most of my trucks came with an adequate battery when purchased new. I've always upgraded before battery was ending its' service.
I usually get Optima because I use power inverters for tools when out up in the mountains.
I've read quite a bit of the battery posts here at the forum...
Just to be clear.
I do notice quite a bit of pep in Sport Mode before and after going from the 225 65 17 Scorpions to 245 65 17 AT Trails on my 2023 Badlands. As far as the sound I'm just not hearing anything mentionable in Sport Mode. It really has some Giddie up when selected.
Still under 100 miles on my new Badlands and just tried the Sport Mode.
We usually don't use it on my Wife's Big Bend.
Plenty peppy enough and totally fine in mountain driving - even with the 235/65/17 AT Trails.

Thanks for any help.
I can't remember how I did it on the Ranger.
Our Bigbend had front lift put on by Trick Trucks who also had an alignment done at the same time.
We run 235 65 17 Wildpeak AT Trail and have had no issues at all. This has to be a lift that was improperly installed. I'm so sorry to hear your troubles but after lifting nearly every 4x4 I've...
Almost don't want to add a hitch because it will certainly change my angle of departure.
Only thing I would carry on any regular basis is my Kayak - which I put on top.
Love that Area 51 Blue. Just bought a Badlands in that color because I kept borrowing my wifes Big Bend....Sold the my Ranger bought the Badlands - now 2 happy Campers.
I would be all over this with my Badlands "IF" it was attainable.
It is shown as an accessory to buy for non factory installed models.
But can you really get this finished look from the kit from Ford?
This picture presents as a very clean look.
After looking at the wiring thread posted here I...
