Hood insulation is missing too. Does the cover and hood insulation helps with temperatures or is just for the noise? Was thinking about getting one but I don't heard excessive noise + I don't feel like buying a brand new car in pieces.

That 1.5 looks way bigger without the cover ? I got confused when I opened my hood.

It looks exactly the same, but the fact you had to put some Loctite and silicone on it sounds weird to me knowing that the cars without the cover (like mine) it actually has the mounting for the cover installed. Looks like you did a good job, just hope it doesn't affect the warranty.

Yes, I'm adding another layer of insulator, but if I wear jeans, a jacket... clothes would affect more than a thin seat cover as long is not made by some flammable material. Isn't that right? Thanks for your opinion, I'll probably wait and see if anyone has any problems with their covers.

I've had the same issue in the past with an old Mazda 3 with more than 200k miles. In order to prevent bigger issues and expensive repairs I would go to the dealer ASAP to diagnose it.

Manual book from Bronco Sport says not to use cover cuz you can damage the heated system by doing so. Should I strictly follow this and don't do it or they're just covering their butts?
