The OB has a few more comforts for sure but the BB( which I have) isn’t too bad either. The dealer I went to only had a BB on the lot and given that me making a deal heavily depended on getting the most for my 2017 F-150, I didn’t want to wait for a OB or BL to maybe come in stock. Waiting...
I like the SSC2. Mostly because they are a little bit more compact. I go back and forth on adding so sort of supplemental lighting. Not sure I’d use/like it as much as I would want to.
I was looking on Amazon and saw a ton of ideas that could be easily worked from some shelf/cargo systems for Jeeps. The second one could be a rear seat backside option.

Kinda odd.. they just don’t seem quite right for cargo hooks. I mean you could use them that way but seems like they have a more specific purpose. Just don’t know what it is?
So I’ve been looking around the forums at rear cargo area solutions and it got me thinking… what the heck are these little Whooya Jammies?! I thought they were maybe part of the cargo management system but it seems the whole back side panels are different for that. Any ideas?!
I have thought about that as well. Not sure which route I’m going to take. I used to use the back of my F-150 with a topper as a sleeping area when I would go out on Wildland Fire assignments. It was pretty comfy even for up to 21+ days at a time. With that I had the super crew cab area for some...
Looks good! And thanks for the install tips! If you want a little more room in the spare tire area, take it and the jack out, flip the tire so it has the concave side up. Not a ton of extra room but made a difference for me it getting more gear there.
Looks pretty good! Can you show some detail as to what you cut, the trim piece that needs to be moved and the bolts used ect… also interest to see pictures off the structure behind that is in the Badlands but possibly not on Big Bend. Thanks!
I have to agree. The cost and space are big issues for me as well. A well thought out rear cargo area option would be good. I’ve seen one in this group. Can’t seem to find it quickly though.
