The dealer updated it two weeks ago, and even replaced the hardware (not quite sure but they had to do but it was a 4 hour appointment). Ford told them that this is being investigate at their end.

Does anyone know why my vehicle does this when i unlock the door? After I lock it the same sounds happen, usually a few minutes later. There is no operation issues, just never heard this before on my older cars. It is not the door locks btw. It is coming from a the box at the firewall.

Just joined to see if there is good and bad issues with the first line production. I usually would never buy this way but the BSO just met all my requirements.
