We just bought the Yakima "aero" bars, they are very sturdy and look great. This part won't apply to your application but it might to others. We installed the small Thule clamshell style pod. I am amazed how cheap and thin the top part it. It flexes and shakes like it's going to fly right off...

I got mine a week ago as well as a notice on Fordpass. Installing today, expecting significant HP gains while saving a couple of spotted owls.

Added Thule mounted on Yakima aero crossbars. Surprised how thin the plastic is on the Thule.

Thanks. I assumed the dealer would know this. The other 3 flares are fine. They just got back to me and said it will be covered under warranty. I'm going to pay extra to have them bolted on for peace of mind. Cheers.

My dealer installed Bushwhacker flares have fallen off several times. Always drivers side rear. I added extra clips to to fender portion then the door portion fell off somewhere on the freeway. Waiting for response from dealer. There should be at least a couple of screws used for permanent...

Agree, some are close to 2000.00 option as well. There have been several shatter for no apparent reason. I can think of many better upgrades I could do for 2000.00. My BL has one as I bought it off the lot that way.

Terrible fastening system. My dealer installed rear flare has fallen off 3 times. Lost it on the highway last time. Waiting for response from dealer. These should be bolted on. C clips are not holding.

Mine were dealer installed and the drivers side rear had fallen off 3 times. I added extra clips but now have lost the small rear door piece while driving down the highway. They really need to be bolted on! I just emailed my dealer to see what they say. It should be warranty.

My Area 51 BS BL roof is Gray, I prefer black. May have it wrapped. Local company has 5 year warranty. Sounds like someone did a crappy job on yours. Seller should have disclosed that it was wrapped.

It's legal, MSRP stands for Suggested Retail Price. It's not ethical IMO but it's legal.

As a (former) Ford dealer I had a choice. Full size took over a year to build. We decided to buy a BS Badlands. Couldn't be happier. I like both versions. Do these guys not remember the Bronco 2? Drive what you want and quit whining about petty things ?
