The Lamborghini and Mercedes forums are the same. All vehicle lines have problems. On the service side, I've seen a decline in service right across the entire marketplace, not just dealerships. Not sure why, a lot of experienced long term employees retiring? Manufacturers took advantage of...
Although I love the sound of a loud rumble. I personally only modify my exhaust if I have the horsepower to accompany it. The majority of my previous muscle cars had electric exhaust cut outs. The active exhaust on my Corvette was amazing. No cats and still no drone when closed. To each his own...
As a former Ford dealer (recently sold the business) I cannot tell you how many times I had to step up and rectify manufacturers & warranty issues. I usually, unsuccessfully applied for assistance from Ford afterwards. In a town of 5000 people our reputation was everything. All dealers have...
100 agree, we've had to tow vehicles off the Trans Canada highway because of it. Stranded on a very dangerous mountain pass in the dead of winter is extremely dangerous!
As a former Ford dealer in an area where virtually everyone swapped over to winter tires & wheels I can confirm that they are total junk! Can't tell how many we had to replace with "real" lug nuts.
Beautiful Stang! Yes the C8 is amazing. Launch control is ridiculous fast and simple. It's a "better" car purely looking at numbers. I still prefer the long hood, short rear look of the C7 but that may change over time. I modded the exhaust and added a tune. It's stupid loud with the exhaust...
Black appearance pkg looks good. Always wondered why the charge so much just to delete color though. I've blacked out several vehicles with wrap. Looked great and also easy to return to stock.
Had the same issue with the pocket style flares. Mickey mouse hardware is the issue. Clips are a joke. Had one section rear flares fall off 3 times. Finally lost it altogether. Ford dealer at winter home in Peoria was a joke. My hometown dealer went to bat for me. Replaced them and even threw in...
Standard equipment reduced, price increases if history is any indication ?. Factory lifts are becoming more popular, that would be nice but it took most manufacturers 20 years of watching the aftermarket before they finally offered one.
Thanks,I'll give warranty a try anyway. See what they say. I do realize they sell them to the OEM's a whole bunch cheaper than what we have to pay retail.
The tires have the same warranty regardless of how they were purchased. The manufacturer is responsible, the dealer will always tell you to contact them directly. I'm a retired Ford dealer who got re- tired today ? I went up one size, looks great.
