Mine it’s the drls that stay on. Dealer is replacing the light switch in left of steering wheel. Mine has nothing to do with the delay. They just stay on if locked with touch pass on the door handle.
It’ll fit the badlands. Just the oil drain plug faces the other way on the 4cyl. Regardless you have to drop the plate to change the filter. It’s not rivals fault, it’s just where Ford puts the oil filter. You’d have to have a door in half the skid to get to the oil filter. Which would be...
You shouldn’t have to force it in. Should slide in with a little wiggle. Gonna have to pull cv and inner boot to slide it back into the inner race there.
The Ford B&O is also their Sony, etc system rebranded. Same speakers etc. they’ve been using these same parts since like 2014 and just slapping badging on it. You’re paying for the name, not the sound. I mean half the speakers used in the B&O are the ones used in the base BS. They’re just amplified.
Does anyone else’s rotary knob (gear selector) just free spin? Like if you turn it to go into P or D does yours stop there, mine will keep turning. Plus the detents aren’t noticeable. I have to watch the dash to know it went into the right gear/position. I drove one at the off rodeo and you...
I would keep the oem lights. Ford has enough electrical issues. I wouldn’t add anything to possibly cause a problem. The sensors are in the rear bumper. Changing lights won’t affect anything. Give it a few months and they’ll be a bunch of Chinese branded ones for like half the price
You can unplug the dash tweeters. The oem doesn’t have a capacitor, they are daisy chained. The two ways and the dash tweeters will still work if you just plug and play. I left the dash tweeters hooked up since the oem setup is very front biased and vocally soft. I needed volume and clarity with...
My BL took almost 6 months from order date to deliver to dealer. Was ordered last November, built in March and delivered 3rd week of April. Has everything but tow and 360+
Dynamat and wrap the clips tight. There’s a bunch of clips in each door. It’ll get rid of it. The dealer won’t do anything. It took me two different dealers over a few months to get a blown speaker replaced that it shipped with.
I did all four doors with it and still have some left. Was only 55$. Worth it to stop the buzz and vibrations.
Either way the new speakers are more efficient and far louder. Measured at volume level 20 on oem and PB with same song, same distance, etc. You can come do a comparison with your B&O...
