I have the Carhartt fronts. You can pass the strap through. Just have to stuff your hand through and find the opening once you get enough pushed through you can pull the rest from back of seat.
I am ok with them except the area I'm most concerned with wear. The bolster on seat back outer edge is...
They had 5 out front the other day with 3 having sold signs posted. I figured these were ordered vehicles. But the one I like is listed on their site at list price. They are a great dealer and I have bought a lot of vehicles from them.
Out of curiosity I looked up my Kelley Blue Book value (Big Bend model) I was shocked and thought there was a glitch. Value was listed over $38,000! Darned near $10k more than I paid for mine new. So I looked for comparable Sports listed nearby on Cars.com. Dealers had them ranging from $35,000...
I agree. My friend/salesman told me about this a while back. I won't buy what I can't see or test drive. The dealer with the vehicles will get the sales.
7 months and 5600 miles in. I traded a 15 Taurus with leather and power seats so it was a step down in room and comfort. But I have gotten used to the seat now and it's fine. I do like that you can easily put your feet flat on the floor like a pickup or larger vehicle. That helps on longer drives.
I can't figure out why you created the post and listed possible outcomes before actually getting diagnosis from the dealer? Just seems like jumping the gun. I probably would have drained the oil right away if water did actually get into the crankcase and flush engine and replace filter and oil...
I have left the running average alone since day 1. Mostly city driving with an occasional highway trip to visit parents. (about 30 miles total) My running average is at 25.4. With less than 2200 miles on vehicle.
While I really like my BS, I would not have bought it if I were going to be driving kids with it. There's not a lot of leg room for back seat passengers especially if you or kids were very tall. Otherwise it is great for commuting. Nimble, maneuverable, small footprint, great visibility and...
Seat is the one thing I wish I could change on my BB. Was previously driving a 2015 Taurus with power adjustment, leather and heat.
The BB seats are small, fairly hard and even that could be forgiven with some adjustability.
Not bad for my normal driving but a long road trip could be rough.
I'm glad my dealership doesn't play those b.s. games! I have bought a crazy amount of new Fords over my lifetime. And have a great relationship with them.
Just an FYI as a couple of people mentioned gap insurance. You may be able to purchase gap insurance cheaper from your current insurance carrier than what a dealer is selling you.
There's a little pictographs sticker inside the filler door. My interpretation is to place nozzle in wait 3 seconds then pull back and place it in again. This time the little flap releases and you can get nozzle all the way in. I gassed up second time yesterday and it was way easier than first...
