Mine is a 10. Something I just read, said that 1-9 are highest priority, 10-19 are retail orders, etc.

Thanks, I'll check it. My dealer submitted my order almost 3 weeks after I met with him and paid my deposit. He didn't catch it, I did. I'm not expecting much at this point.

Maybe you can contact Ford directly. I know there's a "chat" option on the Ford website. I think there's also a statewide Ford Rep. If you could somehow find out who that is, I'd try contacting them. There's no excuse for them not answering your questions.

I had a very similar issue. Have been told a couple of times that one was available for sale on the lot now, only to find that it wasn't. Decided to order, put down my deposit only to find 17 days later that they hadn't entered the order into the system! I had sent texts and made phone calls...

Well, looks like I get to wait two extra weeks. Just got my EM that production date was moved to 5/10 from 4/26. I'm in a FB Bronco Sport group and many new owners are posting paint & windshield issues. Maybe my silver lining for having to wait longer will be some improvement with those issues...
