The Sport has an aluminum HOOD ONLY, fenders/quarter panels are steel, not including the lower painted plastic sections below the head/tail lights, above both bumpers.
Natural "leather" is already wrinkled, I don't see a problem here. I like that smooth finish v. the perf'ed in my BL though -- the little holes catch whatever little bits you get on there, then you have to vacuum out.
Actually....this is an intermittent problem with the intelligent access system and the rear hatch lock/unlock. IT SHOULD, with the vehicle locked, just unlock with a button (on the hatch) press when you have the key nearby -- but this occasionally fails. I'VE FOUND the fix is to lock the...
Knew it didn't have a power lift gate going in, and didn't care. To me it didn't fit the rugged/off-road intention anyway -- I wasn't buying another minivan. NOW, I'm so happy NOT to have it. I have the dash button to unlock it for somebody else on the outside, and that's more than enough...
How much "regret" can happen in 1 week, especially with what should be a completely satisfactory resolution all around? Stuff happens, just a little bad luck is all.
The Co-pilot360+/assist+ package does have several useful features -- these are not included in "Co-pilot360" nor the Badlands package (2021), but was a separate $795 option. Note though, that over time and in many contexts Ford's NAMING of the package and features have been all over the place...
Hmmm...could be better used, but I'm keeping my jumper cables and my hitch shackle in there for now (hitch is occupied w/bike rack for the spring-summer-fall).
Hmmm...I understand the existing panel scratches easily (a painted surface?)...I'd think a very thin applique of a darker/more conservative look might be nice...for me.
The faux engine noises come on with the Normal, Sport, and other, offroad driving modes, with the 2.0L *and* the B&O sound system (so BL and FE with that add-on pkg.). The noises are responsive to throttle inputs and RPMs so that idling or cruising you wouldn't notice. (I'm beginning to wonder...
It occurs in Normal, Sport (quite raucous there), and the offroad modes, and is really obvious. (It does not occur in Eco mode.)

Kind of what I was thinking when I tried it; but remembering to do it myself is almost as easy. My fear is that scheduled remote starts occur when not wanted (ex. every weekday but it's a holiday and am not going anywhere; or worse it's in the garage and I didn't cancel the schedule...?).
Hmmm...I thought the original question was about a FordPass scheduled remote start...? Everyone 'uses' auto start/stop unless or until you switch it off with the dash button (or have it otherwise disabled). I tried a scheduled remote start 1x and it worked perfectly, but, I'm just not sure why...
That compass is neat-o -- my BL w/nav has nav map, audio, and phone tiles where these audio, compass and phone tiles are showing. I have to recall where to look for my tiny 'N' 'S' 'E' or 'W' and would prefer that dial. (I am not always using/paying attention to the nav, but a quick glance at...
