Hmmm interesting that you see at least one applicable recall (battery recall) in Ford App 6.8.0, doesn't show other applicable recalls (if any), doesn’t show applicable CSPs while others see no applicable recalls or CSPs in their use of Ford App 6.8.0 or 6.9.0

Android? V 6.9 for iOS just came out this morning.
I show no recalls (2025 BSBB)... the only recall that I had was the instrument cluster and the update/repair was done a few months ago.

So, has Ford actually acknowledged issues with v6.9 of the Ford app or did someone just update the thread title for the new release version?
I’ve don’t recall seeing Ford (corporate) acknowledge issues with the Ford App (formally FordPass)

Ford is aware of recalls not appearing in the Ford app. They told me they are working on it.
Let’s hope version 7.0.0 fixes the issues.

Yea, on Android. My F150 is enrolled in Ford's early access program and I'm also on the Ford app beta program. Not sure when Android is supposed to get it, but I've had it for maybe two weeks? Not sure.

All the vehicles you mentioned are using SYNC 4 or 4A.
SYNC 3.4 vehicles are not available to enroll in Early Access..

Agreed on both points. However, the config for RSCS (remote start climate settings) exists in both Sync 3 and 4 APIMs. In theory, all Ford would need to do is enable it on the cloud side for it to work once it is enabled locally on the vehicle. It's just a matter of whether they want to do it or not. Seeing as they stopped supporting sync 3 with updates in 2023, it's unlikely it'll trickle down to sync 3 vehicles.
My issue with the app is when I use the remote start feature, an oversized window pops up that is bigger than the screen. When I first got it, it fit nicely in my screen, but now it's huge. I have no idea if it happened after and update or not. I tried shrinking the text size of my phone (iPhone 15) but to no avail. I just updated to the latest version, and that didn't fix it.
Unlike everyone else where Recalls show up as "0", I don't even have a row for recalls.

What is the version of iOS on your phone?
What version of Ford app do you have installed?
Is your BS a 2025 or 2026 model?
