Rear side panels coming off.

Just noticed this today. It seems to be happening on both sides.

water intrusion from missing sealant
water between panels freezes
expansion occurs
larger separation occurs allowing more water
freeze cycle re-occurs
crack widens
repeat cycle

It looks like it's just taped on. It's not missing. I can push it back and it will stick for like 5 seconds then separate again. But yea your zoomed in pictures is what I was trying to capture.

Good evening. I'd like to take a closer look at what could be causing this issue with your Bronco's side panels. Could you please send over a private message with your VIN and the name/location of your local Ford dealer so I can look into this on my end?

It looks like it's just taped on. It's not missing. I can push it back and it will stick for like 5 seconds then separate again. But yea your zoomed in pictures is what I was trying to capture.

I'd say some of the adhesive tape is missing
tape on close inspection looks to be two toned
guess I'm looking at 2 layered tape
one section of layered tape missing (?)
The stick effect you have when applying pressure is the sticky between layers

Either way it seems like other people are not having this issue. It's happening on both my c pillar trims. I'm just wondering if this is something I should take it to the dealer for.
