What were you driving prior to your BS?

My '07 Trailblazer LT was great, but I began seeing some signs of problems and traded it in last year on my wife's Subaru Outback. I had an '04 Corvette in the garage and drove it until totaling it in January. The BS is a great vehicle that combines functionality with comfort and has a certain sportiness. It's not nearly as fast as the Trailblazer with the 5.3 V8, and can't touch a Corvette, but it's hard to beat as a daily driver with off-road capabilities.

Was driving a '12 Mustang till she was totaled in December. The BSBL was already on order to replace my wife's aging '08 Merc Mariner, the plan was to trade it in and get what little we could since it needed some work and its just not really worth it....but now I'm driving that to work and back as 2 car payments after not having one for 6 years just does not sound like fun.

2011 Mitsubishi Lancer. Waiting for my big Bronco. Gave my Lancer to my dad, which left me with nothing. I bought a Bronco Sport Big Bend. Still waiting for my big Bronco. Hope to keep both.

I traded up from my 2011 Kia Soul. I loved that car and it was great in the city. We had both the sport and the soul for a month but the wife and I didn't need 2 cars. We test drove a bunch of vehicles before we bought the sport. As a tall guy, I love the space on the inside of it. Crazy comfortable compared to some other vehicles we test drove!

I came from a 2020 Buick Enclave. Loved that car, but this is just way more fun to drive. The only sacrifice made was losing the rear passenger room and captain seats which makes using a car seat much easier. Overall though way better and current technology in the Bronco sports!

14 Mustang V6 Premium Convertible. (See avitar) It was my retirement gift to self. Needs/priorities change as we age and with the crazy used car market, Carvana made an offer that could simply not be refused.
I ordered a 22 OB exactly as I wanted, dealer honored/accepted x-plan with no dealer add ons & Ford $1k rebate. My build only experienced one two week push back on scheduling & was shipped a couple of days after build was complete.
Very pleased with my decision. Fit/finish, quality of assembly, (on mine anyway) is quite good. No strange noises, squeaks, rattles.

2018 Jaguar XE 25T. Bought last year, and traded it in on my BS BB a few days ago for more than what I paid for it originally. Surprising as Jaguars historically don’t ever go up in value. Paid like 20k and traded it back in for 25k or so after putting 10k miles on it.
10/10 would get rid of a Jaguar for a Bronco again!

2019 Ranger Lariat. I had purchased it in May of 2020 when dealers were desperate and got a great deal with a 0% interest loan. My wife's family has a cabin in the mountains and her brother and I have become the ones that take care of it so having a truck to haul stuff up there made sense. Gas mileage wasn't great though. I actually went to the Ford dealer to look into a Maverick as a replacement. Better gas mileage and smaller payment. However several things that I wanted, like push button start, AWD, heated seats for example, put me into a lariat with lux package which put it at $36k. That on top of who knows how long it would have taken to get what I wanted. Once I saw the BS and really thought about it, it made sense. The BS was already basically on its way to the dealer so I put a deposit down. Probably the only thing I really miss is the nicer stereo but upgrading the speakers made a big difference. I just got done putting together a harbor freight 4x8 trailer for hauling things to the cabin. Overall I am super happy and of all the vehicles I've had over the years the BS is my favorite.

2017 Ram 1500 then I traded it for something more practical and got the Subaru Forester. Kept that for a short time and decided to get the Bronco.
